...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Periods of moderate to heavy rain could result in debris
flows and/or landslides on this season`s burn scars.

* WHERE...In northern California, this includes the McKinney burn
scar from 2022 and the Head Fire. In southwest Oregon, this
includes the Smith River Complex, the Flat Fire, the Anvil Fire
and the Tyee Complex.

* WHEN...Through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Debris flows due to moderate to heavy rainfall on burn
scars may result in road closures as well as flooding of creeks,
streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water
crossings may be flooded. Storm drains and ditches may become
clogged with debris.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.

...HIGH SURF ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 5 PM MONDAY TO 5 PM
PDT TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Large breaking waves of 22 to 25 feet. Occasional
breakers may exceed 35 feet.

* WHERE...All beaches and shorelines of Douglas, Coos, and Curry
counties.

* WHEN...From 5 PM Monday to 5 PM PDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Large breaking waves will create hazardous
conditions along and within the surf zone, and could sweep
jetties and inundate beaches and low lying shorelines. Beach
erosion is possible, and exposed infrastructure may be damaged.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Stay away from the surf zone and off of jetties. Area beaches may
become hazardous due to dangerous surf conditions.
