This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of East Arkansas...
the Missouri Bootheel...North Mississippi...and West Tennessee.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

A few strong thunderstorms will be possible this afternoon and
early evening. Strong winds and locally-heavy rainfall will be
possible. Strong storms could occur over any portion of the
Midsouth today, but chances will greatest over far northeast
Arkansas, the Missouri bootheel and far northwest Tennessee.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

Storm coverage will gradually decrease each day as hot temperatures
build into the region. Heat index values will likely exceed 105
degrees by Tuesday, and may exceed 110 degrees Wednesday and
Thursday.
