This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of eastern and
central Missouri as well as west central and southwest Illinois.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

There is a chance for thunderstorms across much of the area.
Isolated severe thunderstorms are possible over parts of central and
east-central Missouri and south central Illinois through early this
evening. Damaging winds up to 60 mph are the primary threat.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

The chance for thunderstorms continues Saturday through Thursday
across parts of the area. Isolated severe thunderstorms are possible
on Saturday afternoon over portions of southeast Missouri and
southwest Illinois. Damaging winds up to 60 mph are the primary
threat.

Dangerous levels of heat will return early next week with widespread
heat indices of 105 degrees or greater possible Tuesday and
Wednesday.

Spotter activation may be needed through early this evening.
