This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for east central Ohio, western
Pennsylvania, and northern West Virginia.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

A prolonged period of rain, at times being moderate to heavy, will
create notable rises in area rivers and streams while increasing the
risk for flooding, favoring low lying and poor drainage locations.
If confidence increases in the potential for more widespread
floodingas well as the favored location of the heaviest rain, a
Flood Watch may be needed.
