The forecast calls for three to more than five inches of rain, with the highest amounts in southwest sections of the state. Given this much rain, flash flooding and rises on area rivers are becoming more likely. This could be a significant high water event in parts of the state, so Arkansans are advised to continue monitoring this developing situation. .Spotter Information Statement...
