AREA...Eastern Oklahoma and Northwest Arkansas.
An upper level disturbance will move across the region today, and
will bring chances for scattered showers and thunderstorms.
Severe weather is unlikely, however a few strong storms capable
of producing gusty winds is possible this afternoon.

Heat and humidity will begin to build across the area Friday and
will continue the next work week. Afternoon heat index values of

storms, mainly to northeast Oklahoma. Low chances for storms will
