This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for a Large Part of Arkansas.
.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight
Showers and scattered thunderstorms will remain in the
forecast...mainly across the southern half to third of Arkansas
through this evening. The overall threat for severe weather is
low...but some locally heavy rainfall...gusty winds and small
hail could be seen with the strongest storms.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday Through Sunday
No hazardous weather is expected at this time.
Below normal conditions will be seen through the middle of the
week. However...temperatures and heat index values will increase
by late this week into the weekend...with heat index values
warming to near or over 100 degrees for the weekend.
