This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for a Large Part of Arkansas.
.DAY ONE...This afternoon and Tonight
Some showers and thunderstorms can not be ruled out along the
Arkansas and Missouri border through this evening. If any storms
are able to develop, the primary concerns would be gusty winds and
large hail.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday Through Tuesday
Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms will be possible
through Friday. By late Friday into Saturday, a cold front
will approach the region, with higher chances of showers and
thunderstorms along and ahead of the system. Some strong
storms could occur on Friday Afternoon and Friday Night,
primarily over the northwest half of the state. However, there will
be a greater chance of strong to severe storms on Saturday and
Saturday Night as the front shifts across the state. Large hail and
damaging wind gusts would be the primary concern with any severe
storms that occur.
