Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms are expected across eastern Oklahoma and western Arkansas today as an upper level low moves into the region. Rainfall amounts of one-quarter to around one-half inch will be possible today across portions of northeast Oklahoma with lighter amounts expected elsewhere across the area.
