For the Wind Advisory on Sunday, west winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts 40 to 50 mph expected. * WHERE...Coconino County, Navajo County, and Apache County. * WHEN...For the first Wind Advisory, until 9 PM MST this evening. For the second Wind Advisory, from 11 AM to 8 PM MST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. In addition, winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Patchy blowing dust is also possible over the lower elevations of northeast Arizona including portions of Highway 89 from Flagstaff to Page, and Highway 191 from Chinle to Rock Point.
