This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of central...east central...south central and southeast Colorado. .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight Snow showers are expected over the central mountains, especially this afternoon and evening, mainly north of Cottonwood Pass. Light accumulations of an inch or so are possible. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday On Monday, there will be snow showers over the central mountains, with light accumulations expected, mainly north of Cottonwood Pass. On Tuesday through Thursday, there will be snow showers possible over most of the region, with the highest snowfall amounts expected for the southern mountains and southeastern plains. There could be a wintry mix, or even some areas of freezing rain possible over portions of the far eastern plains from Wednesday evening through Thursday morning. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Weather conditions that meet reporting criteria for spotters will be possible over portions of the region.
