THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR EAST CENTRAL FLORIDA. .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT. .EXCESSIVE COLD IMPACT... Low temperatures will reach the upper 30s and lower 40s in normally colder sheltered areas along and north of Interstate 4 this morning. A light north wind will produce wind chill values in the mid to upper 30s through daybreak. Patchy frost is expected early this morning in wind protected areas of Lake, interior and northern Volusia, northwestern Orange and rural Seminole Counties. If outdoors early this morning, be sure to dress appropriately for the cold weather. .RIVER FLOOD IMPACT... The Saint Johns River at Astor is forecast to remain in Minor Flood Stage through this weekend. Near Geneva above Lake Harney, the river will remain in Action Stage through this week. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY. Cold temperatures in the low to mid 40s are forecast again early Thursday morning along and north of Interstate 4. Moisture will increase late this week with coverage of showers and perhaps an isolated lightning storm returning this weekend. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation will not be needed today and tonight.

Water approaching sites closest to the river at Fish Tales RV Resort and Astor Landing Campground. Portion of Clair Street covered by river water south of the Butler Boat Ramp. Docks underwater at the Astor Bridge Marina and along Riveredge Drive. Portions of Fox Road are covered with water nearest to the river.
