This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central Iowa. .DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight Very High Cropland Fire Danger levels are anticipated across much of Iowa today due to a combination of very warm temperatures, strong and gusty winds, lower humidities, and curing cropland. Thunderstorms move across western Iowa this afternoon into evening, moving east through the overnight. An isolated stronger storm is possible with gusty winds the primary hazard. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday Thunderstorm chances linger in far eastern Iowa on Wednesday morning. The threat for severe weather appears low at this time. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation will not be needed.
