This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southwest
Iowa...west central Iowa...east central Nebraska...northeast
Nebraska and southeast Nebraska.
.DAY ONE...Tonight and Sunday
There is potential for some stronger to isolated severe storms in
portions of northeast Nebraska after midnight tonight, mainly
north and west of Norfolk. The main threats are large hail and
damaging winds.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday night through Saturday
Severe storms are expected late Sunday afternoon into Sunday
night, likely 4 PM and after. The greatest threat will be in
northeast Nebraska, though there is at least some risk of severe
weather for much of southeast Nebraska and southwest Iowa. All
modes of severe weather are possible during this time, including
locally heavy rainfall.
Additional severe storms are expected on Memorial Day during the
late afternoon and during the the night.
Additional storms will be possible Tuesday, mainly in far
southeast Nebraska and southwest Iowa.

Spotter activation is not expected through tonight, but may be
needed Sunday.
