This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central Iowa. .DAY ONE...Tonight Showers and thunderstorms will be possible after midnight across northern Iowa. Severe weather is not expected. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday Showers and non-severe thunderstorms are expected in northern Iowa on Tuesday morning. A few severe thunderstorms are possible late Tuesday afternoon into the evening across the southwest third of Iowa. The main hazards will be large hail and gusty winds along with localized heavy rainfall. Additional thunderstorm chances are forecast later Thursday into early Friday with the severe hazards being better determined in the coming days. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotters may be needed late Tuesday afternoon into the evening.
