This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of north central Illinois...northwest Illinois...west central Illinois...east central Iowa...northeast Iowa...southeast Iowa and northeast Missouri. .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT There is a marginal risk for severe thunderstorms across much of the outlook area this afternoon and evening. The main risk will be damaging winds with a lower risk of a tornado near a warm front. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY Thunderstorms are possible through Thursday evening. Some storms could be strong Thursday afternoon across far southeast Iowa and west central Illinois. A slight chance for thunderstorms exists Sunday and again Tuesday across the area. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation is possible this afternoon and evening.
