Wind-chill values will dip to zero to 15 below zero late tonight into Friday morning. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday. Below zero wind-chill values will continue into Friday morning. Winds from the south to southwest will gust as high as 30 to 40 mph Saturday afternoon into Saturday night. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation is not anticipated through tonight.
