This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southern Illinois, southwest Indiana, western Kentucky, and southeast Missouri. .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight There is a marginal risk for severe thunderstorms today into the early evening hours. Locally damaging winds and marginally severe hail up to 1 inch in diameter will be possible with the strongest storms. There is enough wind shear for a brief, weak tornado or two as well. Otherwise locally heavy rain is likely through tonight. This may result in local, minor flood issues. A Lake Wind Advisory is in effect until 5 p.m. South winds will average 10 to 20 mph with gusts 30 to 35 mph. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday Thunderstorm chances linger Thursday and Friday.
