This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southern
Illinois, southwest Indiana, western Kentucky, and southeast
Missouri.
.DAY ONE...This afternoon and Tonight
Isolated to scattered thunderstorms are possible this afternoon and
tonight, with the better chances across southwest Indiana, western
Kentucky, and southeast Illinois. A few of these storms may become
severe, especially across portions of southwest Indiana and the
Kentucky Pennyrile area, with damaging winds and hail the primary
hazards. Otherwise, locally heavy rain and lightning can be expected
with any of the thunderstorms.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday
Isolated thunderstorms are forecast Thursday, then again Friday
night through Saturday evening.
A few of the thunderstorms Thursday, Friday night, and Saturday
afternoon and evening may approach severe limits with gusty winds
and hail as the primary hazards. Otherwise, locally heavy rain and
lightning can be expected with any of the thunderstorms.
