This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of south central
Arkansas, southwest Arkansas, north central Louisiana, northwest
Louisiana, southeast Oklahoma, east Texas and northeast Texas.
.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight...
Scattered showers and thunderstorms will be possible this
afternoon along and south of I-20. Isolated storms may be strong
and times, but no severe weather is expected.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday...
Showers and perhaps a thunderstorm or two will increase through
the day on Saturday, becoming more widespread by Saturday night.
While moderate to heavy rainfall will be possible, no severe
weather is expected at this time. Lingering showers will remain
through much of the day Sunday. A cold front will push through the
area on Sunday. Behind the front, clearing skies will help usher
in cold air. Monday and Tuesday will both be cold across the area,
with widespread freezing temperatures expected Tuesday morning.

Activation of emergency management personnel, amateur radio
operators and storm spotters will not be needed.
