...LOCALLY DENSE FOG EARLY THIS MORNING... Clearing skies and a wet ground resulted in areas of fog across portions of northern Connecticut and central and western Massachusetts. Visibility may be reduced to one quarter mile at times, especially in the river valleys. If traveling this morning, be prepared for very low visibility in spots and variable conditions. The fog should start to dissipate shortly after sunrise.
