This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northeast Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin. .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight Areas of frost will be possible tonight for much of the area. A Frost Advisory remains in effect until 8 AM Sunday morning. Additional frost headlines will likely be needed tonight. High water levels continue in the Rainy River Basin over far northern Minnesota. A Flood Warning remains in effect for the Rainy River Basin. Minor flooding will continue along the Mississippi River between Aitkin and Fort Ripley in Crow Wing County where Flood Warnings are in effect. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday Water levels will remain high across many of the Northland`s rivers, creeks, and streams, especially in the Rainy River Basin and the Mississippi Basin. Overnight and morning temperatures near or below freezing will be possible on Monday morning, particularly along and north of the Iron Range in Minnesota. Additional frost headlines will likely be needed for Monday morning. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... SKYWARN spotter activation will not be needed Today or Tonight.
