This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of eastern North
Dakota, west central and northwest Minnesota.
.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight
River and overland flooding continues for portions of the Red
River Valley and Devils Lake basin. Refer to the latest flood
warnings and statements for detailed information on specific
locations.
Isolated thunderstorms are possible today over parts of eastern ND,
with lighting the main threat.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday
A stronger system may bring impacts from widespread rainfall
Thursday into Friday, and localized heavy rain may lead
additional issues related to new or ongoing flooding. While rain
may briefly mix or change to snow early Friday morning, snow
accumulations are not expected due to warmer ground temperatures.
Frost may develop during the morning periods Saturday and Sunday
over parts of the region.
