This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Missouri Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas. .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight. Weather hazards expected... Limited hail risk. Limited thunderstorm wind damage risk. Elevated lightning risk. Limited excessive rainfall risk DISCUSSION... A limited risk for severe storms is expected 10 am to 4 pm in central and south central Missouri counties along and east of a line from Versailles to West Plains. Isolated storms will be capable of one inch hail and 60 mph winds. Periods of brief heavy rainfall may lead to localized flooding. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday. In southwest Missouri, Christian, Douglas, Greene, Lawrence, Ozark, Stone, Taney, Webster and Wright. * WHEN...Until 1130 AM CDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1135 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to showers and thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following low water crossings...
