This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Missouri
Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas.
.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.
Weather hazards expected...
Limited hail risk.
Limited thunderstorm wind damage risk.
Elevated lightning risk.
DISCUSSION...
Thunderstorms will exit the eastern Missouri Ozarks this morning.
Severe storms are no longer expected with this activity. However
a few low lying areas may experience minor flooding.
Additional strong to severe thunderstorms will be possible late
this afternoon into early evening, mainly along and south of
Highway 60.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.
Isolated strong to severe thunderstorms will be possible on
Thursday mainly along and east of Highway 65. Strong to severe
storms will impact our area Friday afternoon into late Friday
night.
.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
