This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Missouri Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas. .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight. Weather hazards expected... Limited non thunderstorm wind risk. Elevated fire weather risk. DISCUSSION... We may see some wind gusts tonight in western Missouri over 30 mph. Afternoon humidity levels may dip into the 30 to 40 percent range and we may see some spotty areas of elevated fire weather conditions this afternoon in western Missouri and southeast Kansas. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday. Windy conditions are likely Thursday with some wind gusts over 40 mph near and west of Highway 65. This may lead to elevated fire weather conditions. Rain showers with embedded thunderstorms are anticipated Friday night into Saturday. Some of these storms may produce some small hail Friday night over southwest Missouri and southeast Kansas. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
