This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of eastern North Dakota, west central and northwest Minnesota. .DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight Isolated to scattered thunderstorms are expected, with the best chances during the late afternoon and evening west of the Red River Valley. A few strong storms can`t be ruled out along the Red River Valley. Lighting, brief heavy rain, and wind gusts to 50 mph would be the main threats if they develop. The probability for severe thunderstorms is less than 5 percent. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday Isolated to scattered thunderstorms are possible again Friday across the region. The probability for widespread hazardous weather is low. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation is not anticipated.
