This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northwest North Dakota, south central North Dakota, southeast North Dakota, and southwest North Dakota. .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight Scattered thunderstorms are expected today and tonight. Severe weather is not expected. Periodic and localized heavy rainfall rates today through the weekend may become problematic for small streams, urban areas, and low lying areas. While large scale flooding is not expected, it is not out of the question that we could see some localized flooding. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday Periodic and localized heavy rainfall rates through the weekend may become problematic for small streams, urban areas, and low lying areas. While large scale flooding is not expected, it is not out of the question that we could see some localized flooding. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation will not be needed.
