This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western and
north central Nebraska.
.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.
Dry conditions and breezy northwest winds will result in elevated
fire weather conditions today.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY.
A storm system crossing the Great Plains mid to late week will
bring moisture to the region and will also keep temperatures
rather cool. Most of the precipitation will fall from early
Thursday morning through late Friday night. During the daytime
hours, mostly rain is expected. At night, rain will likely mix
with or change over to snow. Minor or light snow accumulations are
possible Friday morning, primarily for southwest Nebraska.
