Gusty winds and rain showers changing to snow showers could briefly reduce visibility as a cold front crosses the region this afternoon and evening. Winds could gust as high as 40 mph. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday. A strong low pressure system will bring a threat of strong to severe thunderstorms Friday evening into Saturday. In addition, wind gusts of 50 mph to 60 mph are possible Saturday. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Weather spotters are encouraged to report significant weather conditions according to Standard Operating Procedures.
