Southwestern Summit County in northeastern Ohio... Northeastern Wayne County in northeastern Ohio... * Until 145 AM EDT Thursday. * At 141 PM EDT, local law enforcement in the warning area reported ongoing, and in some cases worsening, flooding conditions. Runoff from rain over the past several days is causing local rivers and creeks to overrun their banks, notably the Tuscarawas River and the Chippewa Creek. As the flood waters continue to move south, more properties will become impacted by flooding. Scattered showers will be around through Wednesday with showers and thunderstorms becoming more widespread Wednesday night into Thursday. An additional 1 to 2 inches of rainfall is expected through Thursday with locally higher amounts possible. * Areas currently affected include...
