Southeast Indiana, Northeast Kentucky, Northern Kentucky, Central
Ohio, South Central Ohio, Southwest Ohio and West Central Ohio.

Flash Flood Watch.
Isolated showers and thunderstorms this morning will become more
numerous this afternoon through early this evening. Thunderstorms
will be capable of producing very heavy rainfall in a short amount of
time, which may cause or aggravate ongoing flooding or flash
flooding. Additionally, an isolated strong to severe storm may be
possible, mainly from 1 PM through 6 PM, with gusty winds being the
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.
Additional rounds of showers and storms will be possible again
Thursday, with locally heavy rainfall again possible.

COUNTY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1045 AM EDT THURSDAY...
At 420 AM EDT, the river gage near Prospect indicated that flooding
was occurring along the Scioto River.
Long stretches of both River Road and Route 257 are flooded in
northwest Delaware County, from near Route 36 north to the Marion

roadway. The water depth may be too great to allow your vehicle to
cross safely and the road beneath may not be intact.

The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a
* Flood Warning for...
Southeastern Delaware County in central Ohio...
Northwestern Licking County in central Ohio...
* Until 1015 AM EDT Thursday.
* At 1211 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported that a number of
roads were closed in portions of southeast Delaware County and
western Licking County due to flooding from up to 2 inches of rain
which fell Thursday evening. While heavy rain has ended, runoff
will continue to cause flooding for poorly drained areas and along
small creeks and streams.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Westerville, Reynoldsburg, Pataskala, Johnstown, Sunbury, Beechwood
Trails, Polaris, Summit Station, Granville South, New Albany,
Jersey, Galena, Alexandria, Hartford, State Route 310 at State
Route 161 and Center Village.
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
