This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of northern... western...central...and southern Oklahoma...and western north Texas. .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight... .Thunderstorms... There is a marginal risk of severe thunderstorms late this afternoon and tonight across western Oklahoma and western north Texas. The marginal risk area is west of a line from Waynoka to Anadarko to Duncan, and also includes all of western north Texas. The primary threat will be winds of 60 mph with a secondary threat of quarter size hail. Scattered thunderstorms will develop across Oklahoma and north Texas this morning and early afternoon. There storms are not expected to be severe. Additional thunderstorms are expected to develop this afternoon in the Texas panhandle and west Texas and move east into western sections of Oklahoma and north Texas late this afternoon or early evening. Some of these storms could be strong to severe. Thunderstorms this evening and overnight may also produce locally heavy rainfall across portions of northern Oklahoma. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday... .Thunderstorms... Thunderstorms will remain possible Tuesday and Wednesday. There is a marginal risk of severe storms on Tuesday afternoon and evening across portions of south central Oklahoma and north central Texas, generally east and south of a line from Munday to Vernon Texas, to Frederick, Norman, Seminole and Calvin Oklahoma. Quarter size hail and winds of 60 mph will be possible with these storms. Locally heavy rain will again be possible on Tuesday, mainly in northern, central and southeastern Oklahoma.
