This Outlook is for Northwest and West Central Arkansas as well as much of Eastern Oklahoma. .DAY ONE...Tonight. SEVERE THUNDERSTORM. RISK...Limited. AREA...Northeast Oklahoma. ONSET...After Midnight. POOR VISIBILITY. RISK...Limited. AREA...Northwest Arkansas and Northeast Oklahoma. ONSET...After Midnight. DISCUSSION... A complex of storms will move into northeast Oklahoma late tonight out of central Kansas. Damaging wind gusts and heavy rainfall will be possible with this activity as it moves to the east southeast into Saturday morning. Patchy fog is also likely to develop later tonight, especially in areas that saw rainfall this evening. Use caution when encountering fog while driving and prepare for rapidly changing visibilities.
