This Outlook is for Northwest and West Central Arkansas as well as much of Eastern Oklahoma. .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight. POOR VISIBILITY. RISK...Elevated. AREA...Eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas. ONSET...Ongoing. DISCUSSION... Patchy dense fog will continue through mid morning across portions of eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas. Visibilities are expected to be reduced to less than one quarter mile in some locations, creating hazardous driving conditions. Be on the lookout for sudden changes in visibility. The patchy nature of the fog will drop visibilities quickly in a short distance. In addition, visibilities may become severely restricted in valley areas and near rivers, lakes and bridges. SPOTTER AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACTION STATEMENT... Spotter Activation Not Expected. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday. TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY...No Hazards. EXTENDED DISCUSSION...
