This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of northern... western...central...and southern Oklahoma...and western north Texas. .DAY ONE...Through Tonight... .Thunderstorms... Scattered thunderstorms will continue across central and northern Oklahoma through this evening. Then, late tonight, additional thunderstorm will move east out of the Texas panhandle toward western Oklahoma and western north Texas after 1000 PM. A few of these storms may be severe with quarter size hail and 60 mph wind gusts the main hazards. Storms will continue to move east and weaken below severe levels overnight as they approach the I-35. .Heavy Rainfall... Some locations across central Oklahoma, including parts of the Oklahoma City metro, have already received over 2 inches of rainfall. Additional rainfall through the overnight hours could result in localized flash flooding for locations along and west of Interstate 44. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday... .Thunderstorms... Thunderstorms will remain possible Tuesday and Wednesday. There is a risk of severe storms on Tuesday afternoon and evening across much of central and southern Oklahoma and western north Texas. Quarter size hail and winds of 60 mph will be possible with these storms. Locally heavy rain will again be possible on Tuesday. The potential for severe weather will decrease on Wednesday. .Heavy Rainfall... Additional heavy rainfall through Tuesday could result in significant, localized flooding especially along and west of Interstate 44. In northern Texas, Baylor, Foard, Hardeman, Knox, Wichita and Wilbarger. * WHEN...Through late Tuesday evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of heavy rainfall are expected tonight through Tuesday evening, with up to three to four inches of additional rainfall possible.
