This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of south central
Arkansas, southwest Arkansas, north central Louisiana, northwest
Louisiana, southeast Oklahoma, east Texas and northeast Texas.
.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight...
No hazardous weather is expected.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday...
Rainfall with likely thunderstorm chances will return to the area
on Sunday and will start what looks like another very wet pattern
through the middle of next week. Southwest flow aloft will bring
moderate to heavy rainfall at times with widespread 2-3 inches are
anticipated and much higher 4-6 inches possible in our I-30 zones.
Rivers, lakes and bayous will respond with more minor flooding
and there will be isolated storms that may produce flash flooding
due to this slow moving activity. Isolated damaging winds cannot
be ruled out in any mid-Spring convective situation.
