Heat Index values up to 105 degrees are expected during the afternoon hours Monday through Wednesday across the Rio Grande Plains. Heat indices from 110 to 115 degrees are possible across portions of the Rio Grande Plains and Upper Rio Grande Valley Friday and Saturday. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
