In Texas...Ochiltree... Lipscomb...Roberts...Hemphill...Gray...Wheeler...Donley and Collingsworth. * 20 Foot Winds...West 30 to 39 mph with gusts up to 60 mph. * Relative Humidity...As low as 8 percent. * Red Flag Threat Index...6 to 8 with the higher threat to the south. * Timing...9 AM Friday morning through 10 PM Friday evening. Elevated Fire Weather conditions will be across the north and northwest Panhandles today. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday. Strong winds are expected in the west on Thursday where a High Wind Watch is in effect. Critical Fire Weather conditions are also expected across the west and central Panhandles on Thursday, and the entire area on Friday. Elevated and critical Fire Weather conditions will be possible Saturday through Tuesday. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation is not anticipated at this time. Area fire managers and emergency officials should be alert for elevated or critical fire weather conditions over the next seven days.
