This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for south Texas. .DAY ONE...Today and tonight. Marginal Risk of severe thunderstorms from the southern Coastal Bend and Coastal Plains west to the Brush Country. Marginal Risk for excessive rainfall which could result in isolated flash flooding (at least 5% chance) across the Brush Country. Coastal Flood Advisory until 10 AM this morning with up to 1 foot of beach inundation possible. Moderate Risk of rip currents from today through tomorrow evening. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday. Isolated to scattered thunderstorms are possible Saturday night through Tuesday. There`s a Marginal Risk for Excessive Rainfall through Tuesday. Minor coastal flooding is possible during times of high tide through early next week. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
