This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of northern... western...central...and southern Oklahoma...and western north Texas. .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight... .Thunderstorms... Severe thunderstorms are possible late on Thursday through Friday. Thunderstorms are possible this evening (around 4pm to 9pm) across south central Oklahoma. These storms may have large hail up to the size of golf balls. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday... .Thunderstorms... Another round of storms is possible across south central and southeast Oklahoma around daybreak on Friday (around 5am to noon). Damaging winds and hail will be the primary hazards with those storms. Early next week, thunderstorms will be possible across southern Oklahoma and north Texas on Sunday and across southeast Oklahoma on Tuesday. .Fire Weather... Extremely critical fire weather conditions are expected on Friday behind a dryline across western, central, and northern Oklahoma and adjacent north Texas. Near critical fire weather conditions will be possible on Sunday through Wednesday across western Oklahoma and adjacent north Texas. .Wind... Strong winds are expected on Friday with gusts up to 50 mph possible. The highest gusts are expected across western Oklahoma and adjacent north Texas between 10am and 4pm.
