This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for southeast New Mexico, southwest Texas and western Texas. .DAY ONE...Tonight. A High Wind Warning is in effect through early evening for the Chinati Mountains, Davis Mountain Foothills, Eddy and Culberson County Plains, Loving and Reeves Counties, and Marfa Plateau. A Red Flag Warning is in effect through early evening for the Southeast New Mexico plains, as well as most of the West Texas plains. A Wind Advisory is in effect through early evening for the rest of West Texas and central and southern Lea County. A High Wind Warning is in effect through late tonight for the Guadalupe, Delaware, and Davis Mountains. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday. Elevated to critical fire weather conditions are possible this weekend, especially Sunday. High winds are possible Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday, mainly in the Guadalupe and Delaware Mountains. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Weather spotters are encouraged to report significant weather conditions according to Standard Operating Procedures.

Accidental ignitions will have the potential to grow quickly into dangerous wind-driven wildfires. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
