This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for North and Central Texas. .DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight. Isolated thunderstorms are possible this afternoon mainly along the Red River and East Texas counties. Scattered thunderstorms will approach from West Texas late tonight and spread across North Texas. Severe weather is not anticipated, but a few storm may produce gusty winds, frequent lightning and locally heavy rain. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday. Thunderstorm chances will be primarily north of the I-20 corridor on Saturday with more widespread activity expected on Sunday. Heavy rainfall and frequent lightning will be the main threats during the weekend when some flooding will be possible. Daytime thunderstorm chances will continue during the upcoming workweek. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
