This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for southwest Arkansas, northwest Louisiana, southeast Oklahoma, east Texas and northeast Texas. .DAY ONE...Today and tonight. Isolated to scattered thunderstorms will be possible across Southeast Oklahoma, East Texas, and portions of Southwest Arkansas and Western Louisiana today through early this evening. Severe weather is not anticipated, but the strongest storms could produce dangerous cloud to ground lightning, heavy downpours, and gusty winds. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday. Isolated to scattered thunderstorms will be possible mainly during the daytime hours Wednesday across Southeast Oklahoma, East Texas, and portions of Southwest Arkansas and Western Louisiana. Chances for afternoon thunderstorms will remain in the forecast Thursday and Friday, but the best rain chances will be limited to Southeast Oklahoma and portions of Southwest Arkansas. More widespread chances for thunderstorms are expected across the entire area on Saturday through Monday. Severe weather is not anticipated at this time. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
