The National Weather Service in San Angelo has issued a Red Flag Warning for critical fire weather conditions, which is in effect from noon to 8 PM CDT Friday. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect. * WINDS...West 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 8 percent. * FUELS...Normal Moisture * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop can spread rapidly. Any outdoor activity that could produce flames or sparks is discouraged. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now or will occur shortly.
