This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for southeast New Mexico, southwest Texas and western Texas. .DAY ONE...Today and tonight. There is a low risk of severe storms this afternoon and evening for most of West Texas and Southeast New Mexico. Any storms that do develop could be accompanied by large hail and/or damaging winds. Heavy rainfall may also result in flash flooding. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday. Locally heavy rainfall and flash flooding is possible early next week. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Weather spotters are encouraged to report significant weather conditions according to Standard Operating Procedures.
