The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect. * WINDS...West 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 8 percent. * FUELS...Normal Moisture * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop can spread rapidly.
