This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for North and Central Texas. .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight. Scattered storms are expected today mainly along and east of I-35. There is a slight risk of severe storms across the far eastern and southeastern counties this afternoon. Hail and damaging winds will be the primary hazards. Storms will exit our region early this evening. Elevated to near critical fire weather conditions are expected this afternoon west of I-35 due to strong west winds and low relative humidity conditions. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday. Thunderstorm chances return Sunday, particularly Sunday afternoon and evening. The severe potential looks quite low, however a strong storm or two with hail and gusty winds are possible. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Limited spotter activation may be requested across the east this afternoon and early evening.
