This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for south central Arkansas, southwest Arkansas, north central Louisiana, northwest Louisiana, southeast Oklahoma, east Texas and northeast Texas. .DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight. No hazardous weather is expected. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday. Scattered showers and thunderstorms will increase across much of the region Saturday and Sunday through much of next week, as a weak upper level disturbance settles over the area and remains nearly stationary. These showers and thunderstorms will increase each afternoon before diminishing during the evening with the loss of heating. Isolated strong thunderstorms can not be ruled out each day, with locally gusty winds and brief heavy rainfall possible. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation is not expected through tonight.
