Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 136 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Carper Branch, Connellys Run, Calhoun Run, Meadow Creek, Indian Run, Crab Creek, Goose Creek, Flatwoods Branch, Elliott Creek, Georges Run, Back Creek and Little River.
